You kept running down as your (C/h) blew through the wind. You ran down the street as you tripped and fell into the water, only to get back up and keep running. You looked behind you to see they were still chasing you. All five of the men that had been at the café you had been working at earlier today, when you had taken over for a friend shift, since they were sick. They had been watching you since you came and left the café. You suddenly wished that this world was not the way it was and silently wished that there was law and order so that someone could stop these men, but you knew it wasn't going to happen. In this world, there were no such things as heroes.
Where have all the good men gone
And where are all the gods?
Where's the street-wise Hercules
To fight the rising odds?
You kept running as you screamed and skidded to a halt when one of the men got in front of you and tried to nab you. You turned quickly down the left and bolted down it as the man smiled. You ran into another one as you turned down again to the left and continued to go left until you turned into an alley way. All the men had kept blocking you from running past them so you kept going left to avoid them, not realizing they were leading you into a trap. You ran hard and fast as you skidded to a halt when you came to a dead end. Your (C/e) widen when you saw this and you started to desperately try to find a way out, but there was no way out. You were trapped.
Isn't there a white knight upon a fiery steed?
Late at night I toss and I turn and I dream of what I need
